Ahead of Kanye West & Rick Ross, the MTV hip-hop analyst place Drake at the 3rd spot on their 2009's Hottest MCs chart. The Torontonian, and the most talk-bout artist of 09, makes his debut on the chart at #3. This is a huge accomplishment for an artist who doesn't even have a album out yet. This years list is based on fan voting, lyrical skill, DJ input, and many more other attributes.
